1481 RES CITY COUNCIL IN RES NO 1473 DECLARED COP TO BE DISASTER AREARESOLUTION NO. 1481
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris, Paris,
Texas, has heretofo.re in Resolution No. 1473 declared the City
of Paris to be a disaster area; and,
WHEREAS, such resolution did do all things required, in-
cluding authorizing the Mayor of the City of Paris to make
assurances and agreements as required by OEP Circular 4000.5C,
dated February 1971; and,
WHEREAS, as directed by Colonel JesseWard of the
Department of Public Safety, State of Texas, the City Council
of the City of Paris does make the following resolution; NOW,
THER EFOR E,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS,
That Hubert C. Westfall, Bill Williams and F. D. Mallory, III,
Councilmen, and H. C. Greene, City Clerk, be, and they are
hereby authorized and directed to execute for and in behalf of
the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, Exhibit"A" attached hereto,
to be traxlsmitted to the Department of Public Safety, State of
Texas.
