1476 RES CITY COUNCIL IN RES NO 1450 AUTHORIZED APPLICATION FOR FEDERAL FUNDSRESOLUTION NO. 1476
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris, Paris,
Texas, has heretofore in Resolution No. 1450 authorized the
application for Federal funds to restore and improve, for
public use and benefit, the Maxey Museum; and,
WHEREAS, the cost of such restoration has heretofore
erroneously been estimated at $49,700.00 and should be revised
to $55,200.00; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RFSOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF T'rIE CITY OF PARIS,
That Resolution No. 1450 be, an d the same is hereby reaffirmed
in light of the increased restoration cost of $55,200.00, and
all authorities therein granted are expressly approved.
