1471 RES CITY COUNCIL DEEMS IT NECESSARY AND ADVISABLE TO ESTABLISH ZONING DISTRICTRESGLUTION NO. 1471
WHEgZEAS, the City Council of the City of Paris deems it
necessary and advisable to establish a zoning district to be
known as a Public Lands and Institutions District (PLI); and,
WHEREAS, said zoning classi.ficati on would incl ude pro-
perties owned by all governmental entities and any other pro-
perty that is characterized by public use; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS,
That a zoning district known as a Public Lands and Institutions
District (PLI) be investigated by the Planning and Zoning
Commission for the purpose of making a recommendation concern-
ing the same to the City Council at its next regular meeting on
March 13, 1972, and that a public hearing be set for 7:00
o'clock P. M., on the 13th day of March, 1972, in the City
Council Room, City Hall, Paris, Texas, and that a proper notice
of said meeting be given in the newspaper of general circula-
tion in the City of Paris.
