1467 RES COP REQUESTED ROW FROM HUMBLE OIL & REFINING CORESOLUTION NO. 1467 ,
WHEREAS, the City of Paris has requested right-of-way from
the Humble Oil & Refining Company, at the South West Corner of
the intersection of 7th Street, S. W. and Bonham Street, for the
purpose of increasing the radius at said intersection in connec-
tion with implementation of changes necessary for the one-way
street system; and,
WHEREAS, Humble Oil & Refining Company is agreeable to do-
nating 241.5 square feet, more or less, to the City of Paris, so
long as the same is used for right-of-way purposes, and condi-
tioned upon the City of Paris moving utilities and fixtures from
the donated property onto the remaining property of Humble Oil &
Refining Company; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RFSOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARFi,
That the Mayor, James W. Farris, be, and he is hereby authorized
and directed to execute on behalf of the City of Paris said
right-of-way deed, binding the City of Paris to relocate and re-
place any utilities or fixtures from the donated property to the
remaining property of grantor.
