1464 RES PUBLIC CONVENIENCE, SAFETY AND NECESSITY OF COP AND CITIZENS REQUIRE CITY COUNCIL COOPERATE WITH ST OF TXRFSGLUTION NO. 1464
WHEREAS, the public convenience, safety and necessity of
the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, and of the citizens of the
City of Paris, require that the City Council of the City of
Paris cooperate with the State of Texas in every manner in
which the State Highway routes within the City of Paris may be
improved; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris has re-
quested assistance in the reconstruction and partial relocation
of Farm to Market Road 1507, extending from State Highway 24
Easterly to road intersection, a distance of approximately 2.0
miles; NOW, THEREFOR E,
BE IT RFSOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS,
PARIS, TEXAS, That said Highway Commission Minute Order No.
65668, dated December 1, 1971, be, and the same is hereby, in
all things, accepted.
Passed and adopted this 13th day of December, 1971.
