1463 RES BEEN CALLED TO ATTENTION OF CITY COUNCIL THAT NAMED STRUCTURES ARE UNSAFE AND DILAPIDATEDRFSOLUTION NO. 1463
WHEREAS, it has been called to the attention of the City
Council of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, that the hereinafter
named structures are in an unsafe and dilapidated condition and
constitute a fire hazard and a hazard to the life and welfare of
the inhabitants of the area, and the City Council has been re-
quested to order the Building Hazard Inspection Committee to
hold a hearing to determine the condition of the structures com-
plained of, an d the properties involved and the owners thereof

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT R ESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TF.XAS:
That the Building Hazard Inspection Committee, composed of
the Chief of the Fire Department, the Fire Marshal and the
Director of Public Works, proceed to call a hearing, to notify
the owners, and, if any, occupants of the property, and to noti-
fy such owners whose residences are not known by publishing the
same in the newspaper as required by law, and after such hearing
to report their findings to the City Council in accordance with
Ordinance No. 1470 of the City of Paris,Pa ris, Texas.
