1460 RES TERMS OF OFFICE OF MRS PRINTIS ELLIS ET AL ON ADVISORY BOARD WILL EXPIRE ON DECEMBER 31 1971RESOLUTION NO. 1460
WHEREAS, the terms of office of Mrs. Printis Ellis,
Edmond W. Castleberry and Dr. Jim A. Miles, on the Advisory
Board of Health of the City of Paris and County of Lamar,
will expire on December 31, 1971; and,
WHEREAS, it is necessary to replace or to re-appoint
three persons to fill the vacancies, which will be created
by the expiration of their terms, and the City Manager,
C. L. Walker, has re-appointed Mrs. Printis Ellis, Edmond W.
Castleberry and Dr. Jim A. Miles, to serve on said Advisory
Board of Health, for a term of three (3) years, beginning
January 1, 1971 and expiring December 31, 1973; NOW, THEFZE-
FORE,
BE IT RFSOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS,
PARIS, TEXAS, That such appointments be, and the same are
hereby approved, according to the ordinances of the City of
Paris and the laws of the State of Texas.
