1458 RES TERM OF OFFICE OF ELBERT E BARBEE JR ON FIREMEN'S AND POLICEMEN'S CIVIL SERVICE COMM WILL EXPIRE ON DECEMBER 31 1971RFSOLUTION NO. 1458
WHEREAS, the term of office of Elbert E. Barbee, Jr., on
the Firemen's and PQ]icemen's Civil Service Commission of the
City of Paris, will expire on December 31, 1971; and,
VJHEREAS, the City Manager, C. L. Walker, has re-appointed
Elbert E. Barbee, Jr. to serve on the Civil Service Commission
for a term of three (3) years, beginning January 1, 1972 and
continuing to January 1, 1975; NOW, THEREFOR E,
BE IT RFSOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS,
PARIS, TEXAS, That the re-appointment of Elbert E. Barbee, Jr.,
be, and the same is hereby, in all things, approved and con-
firmed.
