WHERF.AS, the term of Cedric Townsend, as City Judge in the
City of Paris, will expire on December 31, 1971; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS?
PARIS, TEXAS, That Cedric Tcw nsend, a resident of the City of
Paris, be, and he is hereby re-appointed to serve as City Judge,
for the term beginning January 1, 1972 and ending December 31,
1973, at such salary as the City Council may fix from time to
time during such term.
Passed and adopted this 13th day of December, 1971.
