WHEREAS, the office of City Health Officer became vacant
upon the death of Dr. Lane B. Cooke; and,
WHEREAS, it is necessary and expedient for the City of
Paris to have and maintain a City Health Officer for the year
1972; NOW, THEREFOR E,
BE IT RFSOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARZS,
PARIS, TEXAS, That Dr. C. H. Frank, be, an d he is hereby
appointed to the office of City Health Officer of the City of
Paris for the year beginning January 1, 1972 and ending
December 31, 1972.
Passed and adopted this 13th day of December, 1971.
