WHEI2EAS, the City Council of the City

of procuring an airport master plan for Cox

WHERFAS, said application has been approved by the
United States of Aznerica, Federal Aviation Administration;
and,
WHEREAS, the City of Paris is desirous of accepting the
grant by executing the Planning Grant Agreement for Project
No. A-48-0169-01 at Cox Field, Paris, Texas; NOW, THER EFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARISI
PARIS, TEXAS2 AS FOLLOWS:
l. That the offer of planning grant for Cox Field, Paris,
Texas, be, and the same is hereby accepted under the
terms and canditions as stated in Planning Grant
Agreement dated 1 November, 1971, and being Contract
No. DOT FA 72 SW-1147, which is attached hereto as
Exhibit A.
2. That C. L. Walker, City Manager of the City of Paris,
Paris, Texas, is hereby authorized and directed to
execute the Plazning Grant Agreement for Project No.
A-48-0169-01 on behalf of the City of Paris as here-
tofore authorized in Resolution No. 1418.
