WHEREAS, the term of office of Ronal d Hinding as a member
of the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Paris,
Paris, Texas, has expired, and it is necessary to appoint his
successor, and the Mayor of the City of Paris, James W. Farris,
having appointed John Becker, to serve on the Planning and
Zoning Commission of the City of Paris, for three (3) years,
beginning July 12, 1971, through June 30, 1974, and has sub-
mitted the nazne of such person to the City Council of the City

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS,
PARIS, TF~AS, That the appointment of John Becker, to serve as
a member of the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of
Paris, for a period of three (3) years, beginning July 12, 1971,
through June 30, 1974, is by the City Council of the City of
Paris hereby appro ved and confirmed.
