1429 RES TERMS OF OFFICE OF F I MCCLANAHAN ET AL ON BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS WILL EXPIRE ON JUNE 30 1971RESOLUTION NO. 1429 .
WHEREAS, the terms of office of F. I. McClanahan, Carl
Deweese and Dr. James R. Moore, on the Board of Commissioners
of the Housing Authority of the City of Paris, will expire on
June 30, 1971; and,
WHER EAS, it is necessary to replace or re-appoint three
persons to fill the vacancies which will be created by the ex-
piration of their terms; and,
WHNREAS, it has been recommended to the City Council by
the Mayor, James W. Farris, that F. I. McClanahan, Carl
Deweese and Dr. James R. Moore, be re-appointed to the Board
of Commissioners of the Housing Authority of the City of Paris,
for a term of two (2) years, beginning July l, 1971 and expir-
ing June 30, 1973; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS,
PARIS, TEXAS, That F. I. McClanahan, Carl Deweese and Dr. James
R. Moore, be, and they are hereby re-appointed as members of
the Board of Commissioners of the Housing Authority of the City
of Paris, for a term of two (2) years, beginning July 1, 1971
and expiring June 30, 1973.
