1428 RES TERM OF OFFICE OF PAUL GENE RODEN AS MEMBER OF TRAFFIC COMM WILL EXPIRE ON JUNE 30 1971RESO'-UTION NO. 1428
WHEREAS, the term of office of Paul Gene Roden, as a member
of the Traffic Commission of the City of Paris, will expire on
June 30, 1971, and it will become necessary for the appointment
of an additional member of the Traffic Commissio n; and,
WHEREAS, the Mayor of the City of Paris, Jaznes W. Farris,
has re-appointed Paul Gene Roden and submitted his name to the
City Council of the City of Paris to be approved and confirmed;
NOW, THER EF'OR E,
BE IT RFSOL VED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS,
PARIS, TEXAS, That the re-appointment of Paul Gene Roden, to
serve as a member of the Traffic Commission of the City of
Paris, for a term of three (3) years, beginning July 1, 1971
and ending June 30, 1974, be, and the same is her eby approved
and confirmed by the City Council of the City of Paris.
