1427 RES ORD NO 873 PASSED BY CITY COUNCIL ON OCTOBER 29 1929 PROVIDED FOR APPOINTMENT OF BAND COMMRFSOLUTION NO. 1427
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 873, passed by the City Council of
the City of Paris, on October 29, 1929, provided for the ap-
pointment of a Band Commission by the Mayor of the City of
Paris, to be confirmed by the City Council of the City of Paris;
said Band Commission to be composed of three (3) members; and,
WHEREAS, the terms of office of the present members of said
Band Commission will expire on June 30, 1971; and,
WHEREAS, the Mayor of the City of Paris, James W. Farris,
has re-appointed Ray Wunsch, Mrs. Frank Fuller and Mrs. Herbert
1lurner, to serve as members of said Band Commission for a term
of one (1) year, beginning July 1, 1971 and ending June 30,
1972 ; NOW, THER EFOR E,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS,
PARIS, TFXAS, That the re-appointment of Ray Wunsch, Mrs. Frank
Fuller and Mrs. Herbert Turner, made by the Mayor of the City
of Paris, James W. Farris, be, and the same is hereby approved
and confirmed by the City Council of the City of Paris.
