1405 RES BEEN BROUGHT TO ATTENTION OF CITY COUNCIL THAT CONGRESS OF U.S. IS CONSIDERING REVENUE SHARING CONCEPTRESOLUTION NO. 1405
WHEREAS, it has been brought to the attention of the
City Council of the City of Paris that the Congress of the
United States is considering the Revenue Sharing Concept;
and,
WHEREAS, the City of Paris is interested in the fur-
therance of this philosophy; NOW, THEZEFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS,
PARIS, TEXAS, That it go on record in support of the Revenue
Sharing Concept being entertained by the Congress of the
United States; and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a copy of this resolution
be delivered to the Honorable John G. Tower, the Honorable
Lloyd M. Bentsen, Jr. and the Honorable Wright Patman.
