1403 RES TERM OF OFFICE OF WILLIAM C RAGAN AS MEMBER OF P&Z COMM HAS EXPIREDRESULUTION NO. 1403
WHEREAS, the term of office of William C. Ragan, as a
member of the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of
Paris, Paris, Texas, has expired, and it is necessary to
appoint his successor, and the Mayor of the City of Paris,
B. M. Felty, having appointed Roy H. Anderson, to serve on
the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Paris, for
three (3) years, beginning March 8, 1971, through December 31,
1973, and has submitted the name of such person to the City
Council of the City of Paris; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
PARIS, TEXAS, That the appointment of Roy H.
