1393 RES TERM OF DR LANE B COOK AS CITY HEALTH OFFICER ENDS ON DECEMBER 31 1970RFSOLUTION NO. 1393 ,
WHEREAS, the term of Dr. Lane B. Cooke, as City Health
Officer of the City of Paris, ends on December 31, 1970; and,
WHEREAS, it is necessary and expedient for the City of
Paris to have and maintain a City Health Officer for the year
1971; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS,
PARIS, TEXAS, That Dr. La.ne B. Cooke, be, and he is hereby re-
appointed to the office of City Health Officer of the City of
Paris for the year beginning January l, 1971, and ending
December 31, 1971.
Passed and adopted this 14th da.y of December, 1970.
