1391 RES COP HAS FULLY PAID BOTH PRINCIPAL AND INTEREST ON FOLLOWING BOND ISSUESRESOLUTION NO. 1391
WHEREAS, the City of Paris has fully paid both principal
and interest on each of the following bond issues:
1. Refunding Bond, Series 1927
2. Waterworks Bond, Series 1939
3. Street Improvement Bonds, Series 1937
4. Street Improvement Bonds, Series 1938
5. Street Improvement Bonds, Series 1939
6. Time Warrants, Series 1967; and
WHEREAS, a Sinking Fund Account had been established for
each of said series for which there is no longer any necessity
for said accounts to be maintained; and
WHEREAS, it would be to the best interest of the City of
Paris that the Director of Finance be authorized and directed
to transfer the balance of each of said sinking funds to the
Current Fund; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS,
PARIS, TEXAS, That the Director of Finance. H. C. Greene,
be, and he is hereby authorized and directed to transfer
from the following Sinking Fund Accounts:
l. Refunding Bond, Series 1927, Sinking Fund
2. Waterworks Bond, Series 1939, Sinking Fund
3. Street Improvement Bonds, Series 1937, Sinlcing Fund
4. Street Improvement Bonds, Series 1938, Sinking Fund
5. Street Improvement Bonds, Series 1939, Sinking Fund
6. Time Warrants, Series 1967, Sinking Fund,
to the Current Fund.
