WiiEREAS, the term of office of Dr. C. E. Gilmore and
Dr. James M. Brunette, as members of the Planning and Zoning
Commission of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, have expired,
and it is necessary to appoint their successors, and the
Mayor of the City of Paris, B. M. Felty, having re-appointed
Dr. C. E. Gilmore and Dr. James M. Brunette, to serve on the
Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Paris, for ,
three (3) years, beginning January l, 1971, through December
311 1973, and has submitted the names of such persons to
the City Council of the City of Paris; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS,
PARIS, TEXAS, That the re-appointment of Dr. C. E. Gilmore
and Dr. James M. Brunette, to serve as members of the Planning
and Zoning Commission of the City of Paris, for a period of
three (3) years, beginning January l, 1971, through December
311 1973, is by the City Council of the City of Paris hereby
approved and confirmed.
