1383 RES TERMS OF OFFICE OF MRS T D WELLS SR ET AL ON ADVISORY BOARD OF HEALTH EXPIRED ON JULY 1 1970RESOLUTION NO. 1383
WHEREAS, the terms of office of Mrs. T. D. Wells, Sr.,
Duane E. Glover and E. C. Odom, on the Advisory Board of Health
of the City of Paris and County of Lamar, expired on July 1,
1970; and,
WHEREAS, a vacancy exists on each of the three places on
said Advisory Board of Health of the City of Paris and County
of Lamar, and the City Manager, C. L. Walker, has re-appointed
Mrs. T. D. Wells, Sr. and has appointed Mrs. Robert Norment
and James Carl Deatherage, to serve on said Advisory Board of
Health for a term of three years, beginning July 1, 1970 and
expiring June 30, 1973; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COLTNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS,
PARIS, TEXAS, That such appointments be, and the same are
hereby approved, according to the ordinances of the City of
Paris and the laws of the State of Texas.
