1382 RES THERE'S VACANCY ON BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF PARIS PUBLIC LIBRARYRESOLUTION NO. 1382
WHEREAS, there is a vacancy on the Board of Directors of
the Paris Public Library; and,
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors of the Paris Public
Library, pursuant to Ordinance No. 1439, has recommended that
Mrs. Frank L o McClure be appointed to the Board of Directors
of the Paris Public Library, said appointment to become effective
imme diately and c onti.nue until June 30, 1971, o r until he r s uc c e s s o r
is appointed; and,
WHEREAS, under Ordinance No. 1439, it is necessary that
such recommendation be confirrned by the City Council; NOW,
THE RE FO RE ,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
O F PAR.I5, PARIS, TEXAS, That the appointrnent of Mrs. Frank L.
McClure, who resides within tlze corporate limits of the City of
Paris, Texas, to serve as a member of the Board of Directors of
the Paris Public Library through June 30, 1971, or until her
successor is appointed, be, and it is hereby confirmed.
