1381 RES CITY COUNCIL BEEN INFORMED BY DIRECTOR OF FINANCE THERE IS NO MONEY OWING TO COPRESOLUTION NO. 1381
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris has been
informed by the Director of Finance that there is no money
owing to the City of Paris for permanent improvement of East
Center Street from North Main Street east to its entrance into
Fair Park, a distance of approximately 779 feet, and that,
therefore, the paving lien established by Notice of Assessment
Proceedings and Lien Upon Abutting Property, dated August 24,
1953, recorded Book 337, Page 438, Deed Records, Lamar County,
Texas, does not secure any money owed the City of Paris; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is advised by the City
Attorney that it would be right and proper to release said
paving lien; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RFSOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS,
PARIS, TEXAS, That B. M. Felty, Mayor of the City of Paris, be,
and he is hereby authorized to execute a release of lien, re-
leasing all paving liens established by Notice of Assessment
Proceedings and Lien Upon Abutting Property for permanent im-
provement to East Center Street from North Main Street east to
its entrance into Fair Park, a distance of approximately 779
feet, dated August 24, 1953, recorded Book 337, Page 438, Deed
Records, Lamar County, Texas.
