1380 RES BOB MCCARLEY RESIGNED AS MEMBER OF TRAFFIC COMM OF COPRFSOLUTION NO. 1380
WHEREAS, Bob McCarley has resigned as a member of the
Traffic Commission of the City of Paris, and there is now a
vacancy to fill the unexpired term of Bob McCarley, which ex-
pires March 10, 1971; and,
W.-iEREAS, the Mayor of the City of Paris, B. M. Felty,
has appointed Leon Williams and submitted his name to the
City Council of the City of Paris, to be approved and con-
firmed, to fill the unexpired term of Bob McCarley, which
expires March 10, 1971; NOW, THEZEFORE,
BE IT RFSOLVED BY TH E CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS,
PARIS, TEXAS, That the appointment of Leon Williams, to serve
as a member of the Traffic Commission of the City of Paris,
for the unexpired portion of the term of Bob McCarley, which
expires March 10, 1971, be, and the same is hereby approved
and confirmed by the City Council of the City of Paris.
