1379 RES TERMS OF OFFICE OF J D MCLAUGHLIN ET AL ON BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS WILL EXPIRE JUNE 30 1970RESOLUTION NO. 1379
WHEREAS, the terms of office of J. D. McLaughlin and Maury
Robinson, on the Board of Commissioners of the Housing Authority
of the City of Paris, will expire on June 30, 1970; and,
UVf-IERFAS, it is necessary to replace or re-appoint two per-
sons to fill the vacancies created by the expiration of their
terms; and,
WHERFAS, it has been recommended to the City Council by
the Mayor, B. M. Felty, that J. D. McLaughlin and Maury
Robinson, be re-appointed to the Board of Commissioners of the
Housing Authority of the City of Paris, for a term of two (2)
years, beginning July 1, 1970; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT R ESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS,
PARIS, TEXAS, That J. D. McLaughlin and Maury Robinson, be, and
they are hereby re-appointed as members of the Board of
Commissioners of the Housing Authcci.ty of the City of Paris, for
a term of two (2) years, beginning July 1, 1970.
