1376 RES CITY COUNCIL IS AWARE THT COP SANITARY SEWAGE TREATMENT PLANT IS IN NEED OF ENLARGEMENTRESOLUTION NO. 1376
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris, Paris,
Texas, is and has been for some time aware that the City of
Paris Sanitary Sewage Treatment Plant and related equipment
is in need of enlargement; and,
WHEREAS, the City of Paris and the State of Texas are
jointly participating in the investigating and planning of an
area sanitary sewage system; and,
WHERFAS, it will be right and proper at or during such
planning to procure engineering for the enlargement of the
City of Paris Sanitary Sewage Treatment Plant, and that be-
cause of past experience with said plant and prior engineering
reports concerning said plant, Hayter Engineering of Paris,
Texas should be engaged to accomplish such engineering; NOW,
THER EFOR E,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS,
PARIS, TEXAS, That Hayter Engineering be, and the same is
hereby commissioned and engaged to conduct an engineering
study for the enlargement of the City of Paris Sanitary Sewage
Treatment Plant, to be accomplished as soon as possible and in
time to be useful in the planning of the area sanitary sewage
system.
