1363 RES R S BIARD SERVED AS MEMBER OF EQUALIZATION BOARD FOR 11 YEARSRESOLUTTON NO. 1363
WHr`REAS, R. S. Biard of Paris, Texas, served the City
of Paris as a member of its Equalization Board for eleven
years; and,
W`-iEREAS, he served the City of Paris as the Chairman
of said Equalization Board _for three years; and,
WHEREAS, his service in each capacity has been without
question, unselfish, loyal and respected; and,
WHEREAS, he departed this life on the 8th day of
January, 1970; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RFSOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS,
PARIS, TEXAS, That this resolution be spread upon the minutes
of the City Council of the City of Paris in commemoration of
the fine service rendered to the Ci1:y of Paris by R. S. Biard
through his membership on and chairmanship of the Board of
Equalization, and it is further resolved that a copy of this
resolution be furnished to his family.
