1348 RES PUBLIC CONVENIENCE, SAFETY AND NECESSITY OF COP AND CITIZENS OF COP REQUIRE ACCESS ROADRESOLUTION NO. 1348 ,
WHEREAS, the public convenience, safety and necessity of
the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, and the citi2ens of the City
of Paris, the County of La.mar and the surrounding area require
that the access road between F. M. Highway 1508 and the City of
Paris Municipal Airport be adequately maintained; and,
WHERFAS, the City Council of the City of Paris deems it to
be to the best interest of all citizens of this area that the
Texas Highway Department be requested to assume maintenance of
said airport access road; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS,
PARIS, TEXAS, That the Texas Highway Department be and the same
is hereby requested to assume maintenance and maintain the
access road running from the East Boundary Line of F. M. Highway
1508 to the City of Paris Municipal Airport.
