Om: numbers are based on the following conditions:
TESTING LABORATORIES, SURVEYORS ENGINEERS
The City of Paris, the construction manager and the contractor will work
together to determine ffand when any of these services are needed. If it is
determined that any of the services are necessary then the City of Paris shall
employ them directly, pay and take responsibility for, any work performed for
these types of services.
MOCK-UPS, SUBMITTALS IN FIELD INSPECTIONS:
The City o f Paris and the cons~uction manager shall determine when mock-ups,
submittals and in field inspections are needed. The City of Paris and the
construction manager shall have sole authority in the acceptance or rejection of
any of the above.
SUBSTITUTIONS OF MATERIALS, FIXTURES, EQLrIpTMENT, ETC...:
The City of Paris shall he presented with submittals and any proposed
substitutions and shall have sole authority for the acceptance or rejection of
these.
LIQUIDATED DAMAGES:
Liquidated damages will not be implemented into this contract or project, since
here is no firm date for completion.

Thc City of Paris and thc construction manager shall dctcrminc thc extent of this
type of documentation and shall be responsible for producing and paying for the
cost ofthis. The contractor will not have to produce these documents for
progressive draws.
PROGRESSIVE DRAWS, SUBSTANTIAL COMPLETION, PUNCH LIST,
FINAL ACCEPTANCE:
The City of Paris, construction manager, and TX D.O.T. shall have sole
authority for the acceptance of work completed and approval of payments.
BUILDERS RISK INSURANCE:
The City of Paris shall determine [fit necessary or it'they're current insurance on
the facility is adequate. If it is determined that the additional insurance is needed,
The City of Parls shall secure and pay for this insurance.
DISADVANTAGED BUSINESS ENTERPRISE:
There shall be no D.B.E. goals or reports required for this project.
CERTIFIED PAYROLL:
Through the course of the project from start to finish, the contractor shall be
required to submit a total of one certified payrolLAft~ this, no other certified
payroll will be required.
SHOP DRAWINGS:
The City of Paris shall determine when and if shop drawings are necessary and
shall pay to produce these.
