1341 RES BEEN CALLED TO ATTENTION OF CITY COUNCIL THAT PROPERTY BELONGING TO J M MCKINNEY IS NO LONGER BEING MAINTAINEDRFSCLUTION NO. 1341
WHEREAS, it has been called to the attention of the City
Council of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, that certain pro-
perty belonging to J. M. McKinney, being Lot 14 in City Block
251, fronting 200 feet on the West Side of North Main Street,
has been heretofore zoned, in addition to its Light Industrial
classification, the Specific Use for one mobile home to be used
as a residence on said property, which residence is no longer
being maintained; and,
WHEREAS, it is the opinion of the City Council that the
Specific Use for one mobile home, to be used as a residence is
not consistent with the zoning classifications of the abutting
property of the area; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS,
PARIS, TEXAS, That Lot 14 in City Block 251, belonging to J. M.
McKinney, is hereby referred to the Planning and Zoning
Commission for the purpose of considering an amendment to Zoning
Ordinance No. 1908, eliminating that portion of the zoning
classification described as "Specific Use for one mobile home,
to be used as a residence on said property."
