1329 RES CITY COUNCIL URGES GOVERNOR TO SUBMIT CURRENT SPECIAL SESSION OF LEGISLATIONRFSOLUTION NO. 1329
BE IT RFSOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS,
PAR I S, T EXAS :
The City Council of the City of Paris urges the Governor
of the State of Texas to submit to the current special session
of the legislation enabling legislation to further strengthen
the Auxiliary Police Department.
BE IT RESOLVED that the members of the House and Senate
representing Paris be and they are urged to support such en-
abling legislation in the event it is submitted to the special
session of the Legislature now in session.
BE IT FURTHER R ESOLVED that Mr. Otto Vehle deliver cer-
tified copies of this resolution to the Governor, Senator and
Representatives in the House.
