1319 RES TERMS OF OFFICE OF DR C E GILMORE ET AL ON ADVISORY BOARD OF HEALTH EXPIRE JULY 30 1969RESOLUTION NO. 1319 .
WHEREAS, the terms of office of Dr. C. E. Gilmore, Dr. Joe
Hillhouse and Dr. William Hayden, on the Advisory Board of Health
of the City of Paris and County of La.mar, will expire on July 30,
1969; and,
WHEREAS, it is necessary to replace or to re-appoint three
persons to fill the vacancies which will be created by the expira-
tion of their terms, and the Acting City Manager, H. C. Greene,
has re-appointed Dr. C. E. Gilmore, Dr. Joe Hillhouse and Dr.
William Hayden, to serve on said Advisory Board of Health for a
term of three (3) years, beginning July 1, 1969 and expiring
June 30, 1972; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RFSOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS,
PARIS, TEXAS, That such appointments be, and the same are hereby
approved, according to the ordinances of the City of Paris and
the laws of the State of Texas.
