1314 RES TERMS OF OFFICE OF F I MCCLANHAN ET AL ON BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF HOUSING AUTHORITY EXPIRE OCTOBER 7 1969RESOLUTION N0. 1314 .
WHEREAS, the terms of office of F. I. McClanahan, Carl
Deweese and Dr. James R. Moore, on the Board of Commissioners
of the Housing Authority of the City of Paris, will expire on
October 7, 1969; and,
WHEREAS, it is necessary to replace or re-appoint three
persons to fill the vacancies which will be created by the
expiration of their terms; and,
WHEREAS, it has been recommended to the City Council by
the Mayor, R. A. Kennedy, that F. I. McClanahan, Carl
Deweese and Dr. James R. Moore, be re-appointed to the Board
of Commissioners of the Housing Authority of the City of Paris,
for a term of two (2) years, beginning July 'I, 1969 and expir-
ing June 30, 1971; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF TFE CITY OF PARIS,
PARIS, TEXAS, That F. I. McClanahan, Carl Deweese and Dr.
James R. Moore, be, and they are hereby re-appointed as members
of the Board of Commissioners of the Housing Authority of the
City of Paris, for a term of two (2) years, beginming July 1,
1969 and expiring June 30, 1971•
