1313 RES LAMAR COUNTY WATER SUPPLY DISTRICT IS DESIROUS OF LEASING FROM COPRFSOLUTION NO. 1313
WHEREAS, the Lamar County Water Supply District is de-
sirous of leasing from the City of Paris approximately 1/2
acre out of the 40.05 acre tract of land owned by the City
of Paris, Paris, Texas, in the J. L. Lovejoy Survey, which
tract lies on the North Side of F.M. 79, 4 miles North, 50
Degrees West from the City of Paris, for a term of 99 years;
and,
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris is de-
sirous of cooperating with the Lamar County Water Supply
District and thinks it would be to the best interest of the
City of Paris to grant such a lease; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS,
That the Mayor of the City of Paris, R.A. Kennedy, be, and
he is hereby authorized to execute a lease of approximately
1/2 acre of land out of the 40.05 acre tract of land owned by
the City of Paris, in the J. L. Lovejoy Survey, located
approximately 4 miles North, 50 degrees West from the City of
Paris, for a term of 99 years, with the Lamar County Water
Supply District.
