1310 RES HUBERT C KENNEMER SUBMITTED HIS RESIGNATION AS CITY MANAGERRESOLUTION NO. 1310
WHEREAS, Hubert C. Kennemer has submitted his resignation
as City Manager of the City of Paris; and,
WHEREAS, City Manager Kennemer has served in this position
for nine years and as Director of Finance for three years, mak-
ing a total term of service with and for the City of Paris of
twelve years and did serve fait:hfully and well; and,
WHEREAS, City Manager Kennemer was devoted to his duties,
as well as efficient in his methods and accomplishments, always
with the welfare of all the citizens uppermost in his thinking;
and,
WHEREAS, his leadership in the community, his gentlemanly
and dignified leadership with and for the members of the City
Council, as well as his leadership, guidance and friendship to
the employees of the City, is recognized byall; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS,
PARIS, TEXAS, That we here and now, commend Hubert C. Kennemer
for his unselfish and efficient service with the City of Paris,
Paris, Texas, and express the sincere thanks of all the citi-
zens of the City of Paris for his expert and professional
assistance in making Paris truly a shining star in the State
of Texas; and for his many accomplishments that will be enjoyed
in years to come.
