1309 RES T T MANESS JR REQUESTED PERMISSION TO LEASE HANGAR SPACE 10RESOLUTION NO. 1309
WHEREAS, T. T. Maness, Jr., of the City of Paris, has
requested permission to lease Hangar Space 10, Block B, at
Cox Field, said lease to expire on the 18th day of November,
1978; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris has
examined the lease proposed between the City of Paris and
T. T. Maness, Jr. and found that the same is in conformity
with the lease policy for hangars on the Cox Field Airport;
NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS,
PARIS, TEXAS, That the Mayor of the City of Paris, R. A.
Kennedy, be, and he is hereby authorized to execute the lease
agreement in the form approved, with T. T. Maness, Jr.
Passed and adopted this 19th day of May, 1969.
