1307 RES TERMS OF MEMBERS AND ALTERNATES OF BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT HAVE EXPIREDRESGLUTION NO. 1307
WHEREAS, the terms of the members and alternates of the
Board of Adjustment, to construe and administer Ordinance No.
1710, have expired; and,
WHEREAS, it is necessary to appoint and re-appoint cer-
tain members of said Board of Adjustment; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS,
PARIS, TEXAS, That the following named men: R. A. Kennedy,
Dr. B. M. Felty, Dr. C. E. Gilmore, Dr. William C. Ragan and
H. B. Harrison, be, and they are hereby appointed as regular
members of the Board of Adjustment, and John W. Norton and
James W. Farris, be, and they are hereby appointed as the two
alternate members of the Board of Adjustment, to serve in the
absence of any of the regular members. That all of the appoint-
ments are for a period of time of two (2) years, beginning on
the lst day of January, 1969.
Passed and adopted this 12th day of May, 1969.
