WHEREAS, the term of office cf Louis B. Williams, as a
member of the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of
Paris, Paris, Texas, has expired, and it is necessary to
appoint his successor, and the Mayor of the City of Paris,
R. A. Kennedy, having re-appointed Louis B. Williams, to
serve on the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of
Paris, for three (3) years, beginning May 12, 1969 and end-
ing December 31, 1971, and has submitted the name of such
person to the City Council of the City of Paris; NOW, THERE-
FOR E,
BE IT RFSOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS,
PARIS, TEXAS, That the re-appointment of Louis B. Williams, to
serve as a member of the Planning and Zoning Commission of the
City of Paris, for a period of three (3) years, beginning
May 12, 1969 and ending December 31, 1971, is by the City
Council of the City of Paris hereby approved and confirmed.
