1304 RES CITY COUNCIL PASSED ORD CLOSING 4TH ST SERESOLUTION NO. 1304
WHEREAS, the City Council of the Cityof Paris has passed
an ordinance closing 4th Street, S. E., from the North Boundary
Line of Clarksv~lle Street to the South Boundary Line of Lamar
Avenue; and, WHEREAS, it has been called to the attention of the City
Council of the City of Paris that there is a common property
owner abutting each side of the street so closed; NOW, THERE-
FORE,
BE IT RFSOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS,
PARIS, TEXAS, That the Mayor of the City of Paris, R. A.
Kennedy, be, and he is hereby authorized to execute a quit
claim deed to the First Methodist Church of Paris, Paris,
Texas, describing the property heretofore comprising 4th
Street, S. E., from the North Boundary Line of Clarksville
Street to the South Boundary Line of Lamar Avenue.
Passed and adopted this 12th day of May, 1969.
