1303 RES VACANCY EXISTS ON P&Z COMMRESOLUTION N0. 1303 .
WHEREAS, there is a vacancy on the Planning and Zoning
Commission of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, and it has be-
come necessary for the appointment of an additional member of
the Planning and Zoning Commission; and,
WHEREAS, the Mayor of the City of Paris, R. A. Kennedy,
has appointed E. W. (Bill) Booth to serve as a member of the
Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Paris, for a
term of three (3) years, beginning April 14, 1969 and ending
December 31, 1971, and has submitted his name to the City
Council of the City of Paris to be approved and confirmed;
NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF P.ARIS,
PARIS, TEXAS, That the appointment of E. W. (Bill) Booth, to
serve as a member of the Planning and Zoning Commission of the
City of Paris for a term of three (3) years, beginning April
14, 1969 and ending December 31 ,1971, be, and the same is
hereby approved and confirmed by the City Coun.cil of the City
of Pari s .
