RESOLUTION N0. 1297 <br />WHEREAS, Graham Street Construction Fund Bank Account <br />contains $7,878.10, plus accrued interest, bdm.g the unused <br />portion of funds derived from the sale of time warrants for <br />the purpose of extending Graham Street, f'rom 3rd Street, <br />N. W., in an Easterly direction, to North Main Street; and, <br />WHEREAS, there is no necessity for said Graham Street <br />Construction Fund Bank Account to be continued, since all de- <br />signated improvements to Graham Street have been completed <br />and paid for; and, <br />WHEREAS, Time Warrants, Series 1967, Sinking Fund, is <br />the fund created for the purpose of retiring on schedule the <br />time warrants sold for the purpose of funding the extension <br />of Graham Street, from 3rd Street, N. W. to North Main Street, <br />and it would be right and proper for said $7,878.10, plus <br />accrued interest, to be transferred to said Time Warrants, <br />Series 1967, Sinking Fund; NOW, THEREFORE, <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, <br />PARIS, TEXAS, That the City Clerk, H. C. Greene, be, and he is <br />hereby authorized and directed to transfer from the Graham <br />Street Construction Fund Bank Account, $7,878.10, plus accrued <br />interest, to the Time Warrants, Series 1967, Sinking Fund. <br />Passed and adopted this 10th day of March, 1969• <br />i <br />J es R.
