1297 RES GRAHAM ST CONSTRUCTION FUND BANK ACCOUNT CONTAINS $7878.10RESOLUTION N0. 1297
WHEREAS, Graham Street Construction Fund Bank Account
contains $7,878.10, plus accrued interest, bdm.g the unused
portion of funds derived from the sale of time warrants for
the purpose of extending Graham Street, f'rom 3rd Street,
N. W., in an Easterly direction, to North Main Street; and,
WHEREAS, there is no necessity for said Graham Street
Construction Fund Bank Account to be continued, since all de-
signated improvements to Graham Street have been completed
and paid for; and,
WHEREAS, Time Warrants, Series 1967, Sinking Fund, is
the fund created for the purpose of retiring on schedule the
time warrants sold for the purpose of funding the extension
of Graham Street, from 3rd Street, N. W. to North Main Street,
and it would be right and proper for said $7,878.10, plus
accrued interest, to be transferred to said Time Warrants,
Series 1967, Sinking Fund; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS,
PARIS, TEXAS, That the City Clerk, H. C. Greene, be, and he is
hereby authorized and directed to transfer from the Graham
Street Construction Fund Bank Account, $7,878.10, plus accrued
interest, to the Time Warrants, Series 1967, Sinking Fund.
