1296 RES CERTAIN BUDGET ITEMS HAVE BEEN OVER EXPENDED IN 1968-69 BUDGETRESOLUTION N0. 1296 WHEREAS, certain budget items have been over expended in
the 1968-69 budget, adopted by the City Council of the City of
Paris, which budget items are as follows:
1. Police Department Account No. 301 -B-3, in
the amount of $500.00
2. Police Department Account No. 301-C-1, in
the amount of $'I , 500. 00
3. Streets and Highways Account No . 406--D-7,
in the amount of $23,000.00
making a total excess of $25,000.00; and
WHEREAS, the Congingent Appropriation Fund balance of the
City of Paris as of March 10, 1969, is in the amount of
$25,000.00; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS,
PARIS, TEXAS, That the City Clerk, H. C. Greene, be, and he is
hereby authorized and directed to transfer from the Contingent
Appropriation Fund, as shown in said budget, the sum of
$25,000.00, and to be credited tothe following funds:
1. Police Department Account No. 301 -B-.3, in
the amount of $500.00
2. Police Department Account No. 301-C-1, in
the amount of $1,500.00
3. Streets and Highways Account No. 406-D-7,
in the amount of $23,000.00.
