1294 RES CERTAIN BUDGET ITEMS HAVE BEEN OVER EXPENDED IN 1968-69 BUDGETRESOLUTION No. 1294 a
WHEREA,S, certain budget items have been over expended in
the 1968-69 budget, adopted by the City Council of the Gity of'
Paris, which budget items are as follows:
1. City Attorney Account No. 103-A-1, in the
amount of $2,400000
2. City Attom ey A.coDunt No. 103 -A-4, in the
amount of $600.00
3. P'olice Department Account No, 301•»A..4, in
the amount of $2,000.00
making a total excess of $5,000.00; and
tnT'riEREAS, the Contingent Appropriation Fund balance of the
City of Paris as of January 13, 1969, is in the amount of
$30,000.00; NOW', THEREFORE2
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY aF PARIS,
PARIS, TEXA,S, That the City Clerk, H. C. Greene, be, and he is
hereby authorized and directed to transfer from the Contingent
Appropriation Fund, as shown in said budget, th e sum of
