RESOLUTION NO. 1290 0 <br />in1HEREAS, the terms of offic e of Mrs, J. A. Lewis, Edmond <br />W. Castleberry, and Dr, Jim A. Miles, on the Advisory Board of <br />Health of the City of Faris and County of Lamar, will expire <br />on December 31, 1968; and, <br />WHEREAS, it is necessary to replace or to re-appoint three <br />persons to fill the vacancies, which will be created by the ex» <br />piration of their terms, and the City Manager, H. G. Kennemer, <br />has re-appointed Mrs. J. A. Lewis, Edmond W. Castleberry, and <br />Dr, Jim A. Miles, to serve on said Advisory Board of Health, for <br />a term of three (3) years, beginning January 1, 1969 and expiring <br />December 31, 1971; NOW, THEREFORE, <br />BE IT RESOLi7ED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF TfiE CITY OF PARIS, <br />PARIS, TEXAS, That such appointments be, and the same are hereby <br />approved, according to the ordinances of the City of Paris and <br />the laws of the State of Texas. <br />Passed and adopted this 9th day of December, 1968. <br />J es R.
