in1HEREAS, the terms of offic e of Mrs, J. A. Lewis, Edmond
W. Castleberry, and Dr, Jim A. Miles, on the Advisory Board of
Health of the City of Faris and County of Lamar, will expire
on December 31, 1968; and,
WHEREAS, it is necessary to replace or to re-appoint three
persons to fill the vacancies, which will be created by the ex»
piration of their terms, and the City Manager, H. G. Kennemer,
has re-appointed Mrs. J. A. Lewis, Edmond W. Castleberry, and
Dr, Jim A. Miles, to serve on said Advisory Board of Health, for
a term of three (3) years, beginning January 1, 1969 and expiring
December 31, 1971; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLi7ED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF TfiE CITY OF PARIS,
PARIS, TEXAS, That such appointments be, and the same are hereby
approved, according to the ordinances of the City of Paris and
the laws of the State of Texas.
