RESOLUTION NO. 1288 0 <br />wHEREAS, the term of office of Elbert E. Barbee, Jr,, on <br />the Firemen's and Policemen's Civil Service Commission of the <br />City of Paris, will expire on December 31, 1968; and, <br />W'HEREAS, the City Manager, H. C. Kennemer, has re-appointed <br />Elbert E. Barbee, Jr, to serve on the Civil Service Commission <br />for a term of' three (3) years, beginning January l, 1969 and con~ <br />tinuing f'or three (3) years thereafter; NOW, THEREFORE, <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, <br />PARIS, TEXAS, That the reyappointment of Elbert E.
