1287 RES H M HINDMAN REQUESTED PERMISSION TO LEASE HANGAR SPACE 4RESOLUTION NO.. 1287 0
WHEREAS, H. M. Hindman, of the City of Paris, has reti
quested permission to lease Hangar Space 4, Block B, at Cox
Field, said lease to be f'or a term of ten (10) years; and,
4JHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris has ex»
amined the lease proposed between the City of Faris and H. M.
Hindman and found that the same is in confo rmity with the
lease policy for hangars on the Cox Field Airport; NOW,
THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS,
PARIS, TEXAS, That the Mayor of the City of Faris, James R.
Moore, be, and he is hereby authorized to execute the lease
agreement, in the form approved, with H. M. Hindman,
P'assed and adopted this 18th day of November, 1968.
