1272 RES BUDGET ITEM NO 101-C-10 HAS BEEN OVER EXPENDED IN 1967-68 BUDGETRESOLUTION NO. 1272 WHEREAS, Budget Item No. 101-C-10 has been over expended in
the 1967-1968 Budget adopted by the City Council of the City of
Faris, Texas, and the over expenditure was the result of the
allocation and disbursement by the City Council to the Lamar
County Child Welfare Office; and,
WHEREAS, the Budget Account in the City Attorney's Budget,
No. 103-C•»5, has not been over expended due to the special ser»
vices rendered by legal counsel; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS,
P'aris, Texas, that the City Clerk, H. C. Greene, be, and he is
hereby authorized and directed to transfer the amount of $1,000.00
from Budget Account No. 103..C•»5 and to credit same to Budget
Account No. 101«»C•»10,
