1268 RES BEN MARABLE RESIGNED FROM P&Z COMMRESOLUTION NO. 1268

WHEREAS, Ben Marable has resigned fxom the Planning and
Zoning Commission, and there is now a vacancy to fill the unex-
pired term of Ben Marable, which expires December 31, 1970; and,
WHEREAS, the Mayor of the City of Paris, James R. Moore,
has appointed James M. Brunette and submitted his name to the
City Council of the City of Paris, to be approved and confirmed,
to fill the unexpired term of Ben Marable, which expires
December 31, 1970; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS,
That the appointr.ient of James M. Brunette, to serve as a member
of the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Paris, for
the unexpired term of Ben Marable, which expires December 31,
1970, be, and the same is hereby approved and confirmed by the
City Council of the City of Paris.
